Use pain language, not HachiAI terminology, as the search input. Search the past month and sort by new, then widen only when a community has low volume.
Search by workflow failure
Examples: vendor invoice manual, approval duplicate payment, ERP spreadsheet reconciliation, RPA brittle, automation babysitting, month-end data preparation.

Record community, date, score, comment count, exact pain language, and whether the poster is an operator, buyer, builder, or vendor.
Read existing replies
Reject the opportunity if the useful answer is already there. HachiAI should add a missing control, implementation sequence, measurement approach, or recovery pattern.
Classify the signal
Mark pain, intent, switching, gain, governance, or competitive. Also mark promotion risk so customer-discovery posts are not mistaken for demand.
Draft for the community
Start with the process. Use short paragraphs, one useful framework, and one clarifying question. Do not open with a HachiAI description.
Disclose when relevant
Use only u/hachiai_official. If HachiAI is mentioned, state the affiliation. Do not use burner accounts, coordinated voting, or duplicate replies.
Link only when the link completes the answer
An initial reply should usually have no company link. Reddit links are primarily community and discovery signals, not a dependable backlink tactic.
Record the outcome
Track posted URL, date, upvotes, substantive replies, profile visits if visible, follow-up question, removal, and the language worth reusing in content or pitches.
